1. What makes LETS motorcycle racks different from other racks?

Our racks are fully welded from high-strength steel and designed for maximum rigidity. Unlike modular racks, LETS racks use a bolt-in design that prevents flex under heavy loads. Each rack is engineered to handle motorcycles up to 600 pounds and includes a 6-foot ramp for easy loading.

2. What rise sizes are available?

We currently offer 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch rise models to provide extra ground clearance depending on your vehicle and needs. We also offer our standard heavy-duty rack with no rise for lifted vehicles or the everyday road-goer, or lifted truck. If you’re unsure which rise is right for your setup, contact us and we’ll guide you.

3. What vehicles are compatible with LETS racks?

Our racks are designed to fit most pickup trucks and cargo/overlanding vans with a 2-inch receiver hitch. We also have van-specific racks that extend farther to allow access to an exterior ladder or spare tire rack.

4. What is included with the rack?

Every LETS motorcycle rack comes with:

  • A fully welded steel rack (no assembly required)

  • A 6-foot steel loading ramp

  • Integrated tie-down points

  • Installation hardware and instructions

5. How much weight can the rack handle?

Our racks are tested to safely handle up to 600 pounds of distributed load, making them ideal for dirt bikes, adventure bikes, and similar vehicles.

6. Do you offer custom racks or designs?

While we focus on standard models for consistency and performance, we occasionally develop custom variations if we see demand from multiple customers (e.g., our van rack line came from a customer request). For one-off builds, we evaluate requests case-by-case and quote accordingly.

7. How do I order and get my rack shipped?

We are working hard to provide nationwide shipping of our racks. While we are growing, we currently only offer local pickup and delivery in Whatcom County, WA.

8. Can I pick up my rack locally?

Yes! We’re based in Washington State, and local pickups can be arranged to save on shipping costs. Contact us to schedule.

9. What is your warranty?

We stand behind every product we build. Our motorcycle racks come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Check out out our warranty page for more information.

10. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your rack, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. Do you sell replacement parts or accessories?

Yes, we can provide replacement hardware, ramps, or other components. We’re also working on accessories for your rack like peg binders for easy loading and an extra secure bike.
