LETS Product Warranty

At Lewis Engineered Truck Systems (LETS), we stand behind the quality and durability of our motorcycle racks. Each rack is built with precision, fully welded from high-strength steel, and tested to handle demanding off-road conditions. Our goal is to provide a reliable product that you can trust for years.

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Hardware Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on all included hardware (nuts and bolts) from the original date of purchase.

  • This warranty does not reset if hardware is replaced under warranty.

18-Month Rack Warranty

  • Our motorcycle rack structure (welded frame) is covered for 18 months from the original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • This warranty applies only to the rack itself, not coatings or finishes.

Coating Disclaimer

We use a protective coating designed for excellent durability and adhesion. We chose this coating because of it's industrial coating approach to everyday products. However, due to variations in use, environmental conditions, and handling, we do not warranty the coating. While our coating is built to withstand typical weather and wear, scratches, chips, or surface rust are considered normal use wear and tear. If these terms do not work for you, please reach out to us and we can provide an unfinished product that you can have coated to your choosing.

Weight & Loading Guidelines

  • LETS racks are rated for a maximum load of 600 pounds.

  • Exceeding this weight limit voids the warranty.

  • Due to the raised design of the rack, loading a motorcycle may require two people for safety. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper loading.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic issues, coating damage).

  • Misuse, overloading, or improper installation.

  • Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or modification of the product.

  • Any issues resulting from use outside the recommended guidelines.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  2. Provide photos of the product and the issue.

  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, will repair or replace the defective hardware or rack component at our discretion.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Liability Limitation

LETS is not responsible for personal injury, vehicle damage, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
